We are committed to building and sustaining meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities, guided by the principles of respect, understanding, and mutual benefit.

As part of our journey toward reconciliation, and in alignment with the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) program, our commitment is structured around four key drivers:

Leadership Actions

Embedding reconciliation into our corporate strategy at every level, ensuring our leadership sets the tone for respectful and meaningful Indigenous engagement across all areas of our business.

Indigenous Employment

Actively creating pathways for Indigenous peoples to pursue careers in technology and IT, fostering an inclusive workplace where Indigenous voices, perspectives, and talents are valued and celebrated.

Business Development

Supporting and partnering with Indigenous-owned businesses, prioritizing procurement relationships that contribute to economic growth and self-determination within Indigenous communities.

Community Relationships

Investing in the communities where we operate through partnerships, sponsorships, and initiatives that support Indigenous culture, education, and long-term community wellbeing.

Kelowna

Our Kelowna office is situated on the unceded, ancestral lands of the Syilx Okanagan Nation. We recognize and deeply respect the sovereignty and cultural heritage of the Syilx people, who have stewarded this land through generations. Their profound relationship with the land is rooted in an enduring heritage of respect, responsibility, and traditional knowledge that continues to guide their community. We acknowledge this unbroken connection and express our gratitude for the opportunity to work in this territory. We are committed to learning from and supporting the Syilx Okanagan Nation as we seek ways to honor their rich traditions and perspectives in our daily operations and broader business practices.
